Refund Policy

At Krazzy Collar, we strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your item, we offer a hassle-free refund policy within 10 days from the day of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund:

- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

- In case a Seal Tag is received with the item, ensure that it remains attached & intact with the product to avoid any hassles in the event of a Refund.

- A valid proof of purchase is required.

- Return will be processed within 7-8 days.

How to Request a Refund:

2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

3. Once approved, ship the item back to us.

Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and process the refund within 7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
